A Dry cider, with a refreshing taste that reflects the real art of blended cider making. Enjoyable with a meal, best served with chicken, pork or rice dishes. It is also great to drink on its own.
Technical
Made from a blend of home grown traditional cider apples, pressed on the farm. The juice is then allowed to ferment and mature naturally in oak vats, before blending with a little natural sugar, filtering and bottling in to 500 ml bottles. 5.5% ABV. |
