1. Products entered into a National Listing category (so all categories other than Regional Beer and UK Wines) cannot have previously held – nor currently hold - a national listing with any other multiple grocer or multiple specialist in the UK.
2. Products entered into a Regional Listing category (Regional Beers and UK Wines) can never have had any type of listing, either national or regional, with a multiple grocer of multiple specialist – nor currently hold such a listing.
3. No products entered into Tesco Drinks Awards can have been previously presented in the same format to Tesco within the past two years.
4. By entering the Tesco Drinks Awards, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them. These rules include any instructions set out with the TDA details.
5. Should a product win a listing, Tesco will have national multiple grocer and multiple specialist exclusivity on the product for one year from the date of the award.
6. Only 3 products may be submitted per company per category.
7. Samples and bulk production will be brewed at the same site to the same recipe/specifications

8. All products must be sent by prepaid post and be received by the date stipulated irrespective of the date of despatch.
9. A product can only be entered once into the Tesco Drinks Awards.
10. Any entry form which is incomplete, late or illegible and any product which is late or damaged will be deemed invalid.
11. Entry forms must be signed to certify that the entry is representative of a commercially available product
12. The Organiser reserves the right to move products into the appropriate category, if deemed to be incorrectly entered.
13. Products must be securely packaged. The Organiser takes no responsibility for products damaged in transit.
14. Entrants are responsible for any customs duty, taxes or other costs incurred on products entering the UK. Should the Organiser incur any liability in connection with excise duties or any other costs these will be reimbursed fully by the entrant.
15. The judges' decision on all matters concerning the competition is final and legally binding.
